Recommended use
Put one serving (15 g powder = approx. 2 heaped tablespoons) into a container of your choice daily, pour approx. 200-250ml water, tea, coffee, juice, smoothies, shakes or a drink of your choice over it and stir/blend. Alternatively, stir into yoghurt or muesli. Also suitable as an ingredient for cooking or baking.

According to the label, Pure Collagen consists of 100% collagen hydrolysate from pasture-raised cattle, made from the branded raw material SOLUGEL®. No additives, neutral in taste and smell.
That's why it's our all-rounder: it disappears into coffee, shakes, yoghurt or soup without changing the taste. Each serving has 13.7 g protein and 0 g sugar.
How to take it
Put two slightly heaped tablespoons (15 g) into a glass or cup, then add water, coffee, tea or juice and stir. Powder first, then the liquid: that's how it dissolves best.
One pack contains 33 servings. For eight weeks in a row you need two. Filled and tested in Germany.
